It started with a single scroll.
I came across mochi completely by accident — someone was talking about it online and I was immediately drawn in. Not because of the taste, not because of the ingredients — but because I found it, and I know this sounds strange, genuinely cute. I didn't even know you could find a food item cute until I saw mochi.
That curiosity turned into research. The more I found out — the history, the texture, the endless flavour possibilities — the more I knew this was something India needed to experience. Not imported, not packaged, not stale — but fresh, handcrafted, and made with the kind of care that makes food feel special.
That's how Mochisko was born. Out of curiosity, a little obsession, and the belief that one chewy little bite can make someone's day better.
